To cap a good month...
May's Experian transactions review highlighted some great news for OC, hitting 5th position for the first time in European transactions. This is a real testament to our Deal teams and the great support they have been providing clients on their transactions.
In April we advised Funding Circle, the world’s leading online marketplace for business lending, on its $150 million in equity capital fundraising and we also advised Dixons Carphone plc on the disposal of The Phone House Germany GmbH to Drillisch AG.
This success builds on a great start to 2015, with OC showing a 15% revenue increase, achieving law firm of the year at the Legal Business awards and for the first time surpassing the 200 Partner mark.
