The problem you might have is knowing what type of book you should write or what your book can be about. Answer these questions to discover the book in you.

What special skill is needed to perform your services or create your product?

The answer to this question is a perfect "how-to" book. The key to making it manageable for both you and your reader is to only discuss one process. For example, if your expertise was "How to prepare a fabluous breakfast" you would write a book about how to make fresh squeezed orange juice..not all the rest of the components. Don't be afraid to give away your secrets. When you give away everything you have, it doesn't necesarily encourage people to do it themselves. It just lets them know you know what you are talking about and they are more likely to hire you.
